Old things new again. Recently djed a wedding at the Grand Traverse Event Center. Many many moons ago 2000/2001-ish I came up to TC for a little getaway and found out Ric Harris was spinning a party at a comedy club in TC, now the Grand Traverse Event Center. Went to check it out, not only did he let me get up to spin, we had a blast and I met many people here who I am still friends with till today, it was my first gig in TC, definitely not my last! I knew I wanted to live here someday and shortly after I would meet my future wife Stacy Remy and realized that dream sooner than I expected! Love living here and being part of northern Michigan and calling it home ?
Grand Traverse Event Center is a nice venue for mid-size/smaller weddings, nice staff and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend it!
